Description

Responsible for managing accounts and acting as main contact with customers and sales. Maintain ERP and ensure orders are entered correctly and updated per any changes. Communicate any issues or changes with sales and customers. Assist export team with bookings and any minor issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and enter POs and provide customers with proformas.
• Ensure orders are kept up to date in ERP and advise customers and sales of any delays that come up.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure orders are shipped on time and provide carriers with all documentation.
• Send all shipping documentation to customers along with certs once orders shipped.
• Work with customers regarding any RGA requests / SCAR requests and ensure that customers get answers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure orders are released in a timely manner so trucking can be setup.
• Enter incoming purchase orders for raw materials.
• Maintain shipping calendar

Requirements

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Working expertise of Microsoft Office products
